PROCESS

  1. book your session!
    1. email to book your shoot
      1. if booking a location shoot PLEASE list the location you have chosen - options for location are listed below
      2. also please let me know what KIND of shoot this is (engagement, couple, portrait, small or large family)
    2. I will get back to you soon! We can discuss goals for the shoot and deliverables.
  2. send your inspo!
    1. send a link to a pinterest board or moodboard with some inspiration photos for your shoot. this board can have photos, outfits, backgrounds, etc. anything that shows the “vibe” of what your looking for in this shoot!
    2. send any specific requests you have for the shoot, and I will do my best to make it happen!
    3. send your outfit options and any questions you have
    4. I will message back with outfit advice and commentary based on what you have sent me
  3. prep for your session!
    1. prepare your outfit options (and BACKUPS!)
    2. study your inspiration for poses
      1. i will be helping and adjusting posing but it’s always good to have an idea of some poses before we start
    3. prepare to arrive 15 minutes early to the shooting location day of
  4. day of the shoot!
    1. hair and makeup will need to be done before you arrive to the shoot
      1. hair and makeup is not currently something you can add on to a shoot, but we are looking into it! STAY TUNED!
    2. plan to arrive 15 MINUTES EARLY to the shooting location
    3. 15-30 minute creative session
      1. we discuss the overall vibe and plan for the shoot and make game plan!
    4. the shoot
  5. post shoot steps!
    1. your full gallery of photos will be send within 5 business days
      1. your reply with your fav photos you would like edited is due within 4 business days
      2. each package has a select number of included photos, and each additional edited photo will incur an additional charge (can be found in the “investment” tab)
      3. if you would like to add on a poster or canvas print you can request it at this time - the prices are listed in the investment tab. once ordered they typically arrive within 1-2 weeks
    2. the completed edited photo gallery will be sent within 7-12 business days
  6. social media and testimonial!
    1. your pics are ready for posting! feel free to post to instagram, facebook, etc. and tag me at @moonumidesignstudio. please do not add any filters or adjustments to the photos as then it will not accurately represent my work.
    2. i would really appreciate a testimonial! if you would like to email it or add it to your social media caption it would make my day!
